Some changes have been made to the application since last year. To effectively communicate the needs, opportunities and realities that exist throughout the country to the prospective and returning LVs, each site must complete an application in order to be considered. This year’s shortened application requires approval of the District Administration before submission. The completed application is due on February 15, 2015.
