Christian Brothers Services (CBS) has announced the acquisition of Catholic School Management (CSM) effective October 30, 2014.
CSM provides consulting services in many areas of Catholic school life and operation such as enrollment, development, strategic planning, governance, administration and administrative search. CSM will now function as a new division at CBS.
“This acquisition marks an exciting time for CBS,” said Brother Michael Quirk, FSC, Ed.D., CEO/President of CBS. “It combines two organizations dedicated to continuing the strategy of delivering quality plans, programs and services with the exceptional customer care for which both organizations have come to be known. It is an honor to continue to serve faith-based organizations with expanded and enhanced offerings, resources and services.”
Founded in 1960, CBS is a nonprofit organization that administers cooperative programs in health/retirement, property/casualty and consulting/technology to church organizations.
