Welcome to Lasallian Formation
Christian Brothers Conference provides high-level mission formation programs designed to strengthen Lasallian identity and mission in the hearts and minds of educators within the Lasallian Region of North America and within the global Lasallian family.
At the Regional level, we offer a variety of ways to deepen commitment to our shared mission through formation and education programs.
We have opportunities to gather virtually through our webinar series; annual conferences focused on innovative educational issues for our ministries and secondary school chief administrators; and formation programs that have been designed to be immersive, expand mission influence on the local level and delve more thoroughly into our Lasallian founding story through scholarly study.
Listed below in order of time commitment and depth are our Regional formation offerings:
Formation Programs Guide
This Regional Formation Programs Guide will allow Chief Administrators to determine which formation experience is the best fit for their staff members. We encourage you to share this resource with your leadership teams, animators, local formation teams, and others to support identifying potential participants from your ministry.
