Mott organized the St. Paul’s School’s first Mothers Club, was a driving force behind the renovation of the school’s chapel, and was the first woman to serve on the school’s Board of Trustees. Riecke is a 1962 graduate of St. Paul’s who has been active in its Alumni Association, as well as a long-time benefactor of both the school and the Brothers’ communities. Mr. and Mrs. Rouchon are long-time friends and benefactors of the Brothers at St. Paul’s School and have been generous with their time, talents, and assistance to the Brothers’ community.

In remarks made at the Affiliation ceremonies, Brother Timothy stated, “Affiliation to the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools is an honor extended to Lasallian Partners in the sacred mission entrusted to all of us as Christian educators by Jesus Christ in the spirit of the Founder, St. John Baptist de La Salle … On behalf of the Brothers of this district, New Orleans-Santa Fe, please accept my deep gratitude for what you have done to support us in our mission, and especially in our community, by your charity and compassion.”
