President Rev. Brian O’Brien and Principal Curt Feilmeier
Mr. Curt Feilmeier will become principal of Bishop Kelley High School in Tulsa, OK effective July 2011. He will join President Rev. Brian O’Brien and the existing administrative team, which includes a Dean of Academics, Dean of Student Activities, and Dean of Students.
“I can’t tell you how excited I am for our community with this hire,” said Rev. O’Brien. “We are proud of what Bishop Kelley currently offers, but we are always striving to do better for our students by strengthening our academic curriculum and technology. Mr. Feilmeier offers a fresh look that is grounded in our Catholic, Lasallian heritage, with new eyes to see where we can improve as a school.”
Feilmeier served as President/Principal of Roncalli High School in Omaha, NE for seven years and graduated from Lasallian Leadership Institute. He has also served as an Assistant Principal, Activities Director, teacher, and coach in his 18 years in Catholic education. Feilmeier is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and has a Masters in Administration from Wayne State University in Wayne, NE.
