Mr. Gary Cannon has been appointed principal of Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in San Francisco, CA. Cannon joined SHCP in 1997 as a teacher in the Religious Studies Department. He has served as Assistant Principal for Student Life since 2001. “I am excited to serve as principal of Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep because I love this school,” said Cannon. “Our greatest strength is the people who make up our wonderful community.”
The transition will take place July 1, 2011, when current principal Ken Hogarty steps aside to plan for his return to the classroom in the fall.
