1 La Salle responds to the call of the 46th General Chapter, aligning with the Institute’s renewed vision of co-responsibility, sustainability and accountability. As a solidarity and fundraising initiative, it is a renewal that calls us to broaden our imagination and to engage more intentionally in the Lasallian mission. The global campaign aims to generate resources for ministries in need by building community, growing in solidarity, and learning about the complex issues that face Lasallians around the world.

We are 1 La Salle, joined to the global Lasallian family, through our five core Lasallian Principles. Brothers and Partners are called to animate this effort locally, helping our young people understand the Gospel call and the Lasallian meaning of their participation.
Students will be inspired with curiosity to learn about the joys and challenges of youth around the world and gain a deep sense of honor for the inherent dignity of all people as children of God.
Schools will be invited to learn more about 1 La Salle through formation resources, classroom materials, and student engagement opportunities that will develop critical thinking skills and foster their talents to serve the world. Everyone teaches and everyone learns.
Students will gain a deeper understanding of God’s dynamic presence in the world through interfaith dialogue and exchange of faith practices.
Students will be energized to grow in solidarity with their Lasallian sisters and brothers, especially those who live in underserved communities or who are misunderstood by mainstream society.
In collaboration with La Salle International Foundation and La Salle Foundation, fundraising efforts will be encouraged, ensuring that resources are equitably distributed where the needs are greatest.
1 La Salle staff and student ambassadors for the 2026-2027 school year will be tasked with integrating 1 La Salle programming into the very heart of school life, ensuring that this new movement remains a living reality in classrooms and clubs.
