The Christian Brothers Education Association organized.

1939

Inaugural Education Conference of the Christian Brothers Education Association held.

1956

The Regional Conference of Christian Brothers constituted as the Christian Brothers Education Association Board and Visitors.

1960

Christian Brothers Major Superiors (Christian Brothers Conference) is incorporated.

1967

The National Office (housing Christian Brothers Conference and residence) is completed at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.

1973

The inaugural National (later Regional) Education Conference of the Christian Brothers is held.

1985

The name of the annual Education Conference changed to the Huether Lasallian Conference.

1986

The Buttimer Institute of Lasallian Studies is held for the first year.

1988

The first Regional Coordinator is appointed to head Christian Brothers Conference.

1993

Christian Brothers Conference moves to Landover, Maryland.

1995

The Twinning program begins between schools in the United States-Toronto Region and schools in the Lwanga District in Africa.

1997

The first Lasallian Leadership Institute held.

2004

The first Lasallian Social Justice Institute held.

2005

The inaugural annual meeting of chief administrators of secondary schools takes place.

2007

Christian Brothers Conference moves to Washington, D.C.

2011

The Regional Conference of Christian Brothers empowers the Lasallian Education Council to direct mission formation programs.

2011

An Executive Director of Office of Lasallian Education is hired and reports to the Lasallian Education Council.

2012

The final session of the Lasallian Leadership Institute is held.

2012

The Lasallian Region of North America/Région Lasallienne de l’Amérique du Nord (RELAN) forms from the United States-Toronto and Francophone Canada Regions.

2014

The first Brother John Johnston Institute of Contemporary Lasallian Practice is held.
