The 2025 International Lasallian Days for Peace (ILDP) will take place from Sept. 21, the United Nations’ sanctioned International Day of Peace, through Oct. 21. The theme is “We Are Bridges for Peace: From Conflict to Connection.”
In a letter, the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian School’s Commission on Youth said that this year’s ILDP is inspired by the latest Lasallian Reflection No. 11, “All Is Connected.” “We are called to recognize the deep ties that unite us as one Lasallian family and to respond with compassion, presence and action,” the commission said.
To begin this monthlong initiative, all Lasallians are invited to join an international virtual conversation about efforts toward peace and cultivating connection on Monday, Sept. 22, at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. Register for the online gathering, called “Let’s Talk … Lasallian,” here.
