The editors of AXIS: Journal of Lasallian Higher Education are seeking papers for two special issues in support of the Year of Lasallian Spirituality.
Special Issue 1: Lived Lasallian Spirituality
This issue invites authors from all disciplines to submit original works focused on how Lasallian spirituality informs, engages and supports the work you do. The editors wish to present work from a wide diversity of disciplines from both faculty and staff. Topics centered on how Lasallian spirituality informs your engagement with mission, content delivery, job performance and relationships with students and peers are examples of topical areas for exploration.

Special Issue 2: The Theology of Lasallian Spirituality
This issue invites authors to submit original works focused on the theological, philosophical and ecclesiastical theory and maxims of Lasallian spirituality. The editors wish to offer a comprehensive and engaging platform for the theological discussion of Lasallian spirituality.

Inspired by the 46th General Chapter, the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools declared 2025 the Year of Lasallian Spirituality. The hope is to highlight the centrality of spirituality to the Lasallian mission and provide Lasallian spirituality resources for years to come.
