Christian Brother Academy (CBA) in Lincroft, New Jersey, has announced the appointment of R. Ross Fales as its first lay president, effective July 2022. Fales joined the CBA faculty in 2002 as a science teacher and swimming coach before becoming dean of students in 2006, associate principal for student affairs in 2007 and principal in 2015, a role he currently holds.
