The headquarters of Christian Brothers Conference will relocate from Washington, D.C., to the campus of Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, on June 1, 2024.
With this move, “we believe we are better positioning our team to continue their great support of the mission in the Lasallian Region of North America,” said Tom Southard, executive director of Christian Brothers Conference.
The conference has historic ties to Lewis, as the first Christian Brothers Conference office — then called the National Office — was opened on the university’s campus in 1967 after several years of work in temporary offices. The building was on 100 De La Salle Drive in Lockport, now Romeoville. The office then moved to Landover, Maryland, in 1993 and subsequently to Washington, D.C. in 2007, first to the Paulist Hecker Center and then to McCormick Pavilion in 2015.
“We are grateful to Lewis University for their partnership, and we are excited to be on the campus of a Lasallian ministry again as we embark on a new chapter,” said Southard.
La Salle International Foundation will continue to be co-located with the Regional office.
The new address is:
