De La Salle Academy in Concord Closes

De La Salle Academy (DLSA) in Concord, California, has officially closed.

The ninth and final graduating class celebrated commencement on May 23 alongside De Marillac Academy, another San Miguel model school in the Bay Area.

DLSA opened in 2017, originally as a division of De La Salle High School until it established itself as an independent school. Of its graduates, over 110 have either continued to graduate from or are currently enrolled at De La Salle High School. All 31 remaining sixth and seventh grade students have been enrolled in local Catholic schools.
