Charles Arroyave has been selected as president of La Salle Academy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Arroyave has more than 20 years of experience in Philadelphia-area education with a primary focus in Catholic education and leadership. Most recently, he was a principal within the Independence Mission Schools network.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia.
