The results of the international Lasallian Women’s Needs Assessment survey are now available. The Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools’ Secretariat for Association and Mission conducted the survey in November 2021. More than 4,500 women from all five Regions participated, identifying what they need in order to fulfill their commitment to mission. The goal of the survey is to identify the needs of Lasallian women and to make recommendations for future action. Heather Ruple Gilson, co-secretary for Association, is leading the project and has partnered with Dr. Mary Catherine Fox, AFSC, Dr. Elizabeth Seebach and Dr. Sue Hines, all from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, to examine the survey results.
