New Principal Appointed at CBHS, Sacramento

Christian Brothers High School (CBHS) in Sacramento, California, has appointed Chris Orr as the school’s next principal effective July 1, 2017.

Orr is currently the principal of Langston Hughes Academy in Stockton, California, and has 15 years of experience as an educator and administrator, including roles as teacher, coach, dean of students, athletic director, assistant principal and principal.

Orr’s wife, brother and sister are all graduates from CBHS and his sons are current students. Orr will be a Buttimer I participant this summer. The Buttimer Institute of Lasallian Studies is a three-year formation program run by Christian Brothers Conference.
