The Lasallian Reflection for the 2015-2016 year is “A Gospel Adventure: Confronting New Poverties and the Culture of Commodification.” This reflection asks Lasallians to contemplate the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:29-37) and how that story applies to the challenges that face our global community every day. To help students, teachers and other members of our ministries to engage in conversation, the Lasallian Region of North America (RELAN) will be providing monthly visuals on this page and through social media. Each visual will have three components: a reflection, a response and a question. The “response” will indicate how we, as Lasallians, are already living out the Gospel. The “question” will ask how we can do even more to live out this parable. We invite you to print the new visual each month and discuss it within your classroom, school or ministry.
