Update on Bethlehem University

Once again, Bethlehem University in the Holy Land is in a precarious situation in the current fighting between Israel and Gaza. Two rockets have landed close to Bethlehem during the intense firing of rockets/missiles, which has been going on for several days now. No injuries have been reported.

For the sake of security, Bethlehem University was closed on Wednesday, November 21 and reopened Thursday, November 22. Students have expressed their frustration and helplessness in the conflict. Vice Chancellor Brother Peter Bray, FSC requests prayers for a quick end to the violence, and a just and peaceful resolution of the issues that gave rise to it.
