New postulants (center), Tony Elfering (Midwest) and Brendan Kelly (New York), were introduced at the Baltimore District Assembly on September 27 by their respective Visitors, Brother Frank Carr and Brother Frank Byrne. Both men entered the Initial Formation Program of the Region at Jeremy House in Philadelphia last August.
