The Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools has announced the 11th annual Lasallian theme for the 2025-2026 liturgical year, “All Is Connected: The Community of Creation and Universal Fraternity.” Co-authored by General Councilors Brother Chris Patino, FSC, and Brother Joël Palud, FSC, this year’s theme remains with the framework of the larger “Lasallian DNA.”
The theme’s message considers a deeper understanding of the call to ecological conversation and university fraternity. By exploring the teachings and impacts of the encyclicals, “Laudato si’” and “Fratelli tutti,” readers are brought to an awareness that every person is responsible for rebuilding and fostering a community of creation.
Reflection No. 11 asserts that 1 La Salle is a Lasallian way of saying, “All is connected.” Readers are left with the question, “Have we deeply reflected, individually and collectively, on what this calls out of me, my ministry, my local Lasallian community, my District?”
