Brother Vincent Malham was killed in an automobile accident while driving from Memphis to Louisiana to visit his sister. Police reports indicate that his vehicle crossed the center line and crashed head on into an oncoming pickup truck (two passengers not seriously injured). The accident occurred at 2:11 p.m. on Friday, May 2.Visitation for Brother Vincent will be from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 11 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Memphis. The Mass of the Resurrection will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 12, also at the Cathedral. Interment will follow in the new Brothers section of Calvary Cemetery, Memphis.
Brother Vincent requested that memorials be made to Christian Brothers University (650 E. Parkway South, Memphis TN 38104-5581) or Christian Brothers Retirement Fund (Christian Brothers of the Midwest, Burr Ridge IL 60527-4728).
