Gery Short was elected chair of the Regional Education Board for 2010-2012 at the April 9-10, 2010 meeting of the board. Short serves as the Office of Education Director for the District of San Francisco and a member of the District Leadership Team.
Other REB members include: Brother Kevin Dalmasse, Christian Brothers Conference Director for the Office of Education; Alan Weyland, DENA Executive Director for Mission and Ministry; Brother Kevin Convey, Midwest District Director of Education; and Brother David Sinitiere, New Orleans-Santa Fe District Auxiliary Visitor/Director of Education.
At-Large members include: Sr. Jeanne McGowan, SSJ, President of La Salle Academy in Philadelphia; Brother Frederick Mueller, Coordinator for Faculty/Staff Professional Development and for Lasallian Formation at La Salle Academy in Providence; Denise Jones, La Salle Catholic College Preparatory President; Richard Engler, Cretin-Derham Hall President-Principal; Brother Raymond Blixt, Martin de Porres School Executive Director; Brother Michael Collins, President of DeLaSalle High School in Minneapolis; and Dr. Jeanette Mines, Dean of the College of Education at Lewis University.
