Brother Superior General Robert Schieler, FSC, has announced changes to dates of the 46th General Chapter and events related to the Chapter. The changes come “out of concern for the wellbeing of all those who will eventually participate in the General Chapter and events related to the Chapter.”
The General Chapter, originally scheduled for May 2021 in Thailand, will now take place in May 2022. Gatherings related to the Chapter, which include the International Assembly of the Lasallian Mission (AIMEL), the International Young Brothers Assembly (IYBA) and the International Symposium of Young Lasallians (ISYL), have been rescheduled to the fall of 2021.
